Hi, I'm Helen – an intuitive healer working with tarot, hands on intuitive healing and working with your Chakras through sand. 
 

For as long as I can remember, I've experienced the world differently. As a child, I often felt overwhelmed by other people's energies and emotions. While other children loved the park, I found peace wandering through graveyards, fascinated by the stories and lives that came before us.
 

As I grew older, I became a people pleaser, hiding my own needs while trying to make everyone else comfortable. Yet beneath that was a deeper knowing. I could sense what others were carrying, often before they could put it into words themselves.
 

This knowing led me into the world of therapy. I trained as a Play Therapist, Family Therapist, and Sand Story Therapist, building a successful practice supporting children and families around the world. Although I loved the work, something inside me knew there was another path waiting.
 

In 2023, I returned home to Cornwall and began reconnecting with the deeper, more intuitive part of myself. Through on hands intuitive healing, tarot readings  and my lifelong connection with sand, I discovered a way of working that felt truly aligned.
 

Sand has become one of my greatest teachers. It allows us to tell stories without words, bringing hidden patterns, emotions, and wisdom from the subconscious into awareness. Combined with intuitive guidance and energy work, it creates a powerful space for healing and transformation.
 

Today, I support people  who feel stuck, disconnected, or called towards something more. Together we explore what is beneath the surface, helping you reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and trust.
